Overages Investing – What it is, and How to Make Huge Profits From It

Overages investing is a very new concept, and one that almost no Real Estate investors even know. “Investment” is a misnomer in this case, because you do not hold property for any length of time a boatload of cash to open it. Still learning the basics of “overages invested” will make you the returns that any other form of Real Estate investing stores, and none of the risk.

First, what are overages? Real estate overages is created when there are more bids at tax sale or sheriff’s sale as due in back debts.
